If you do not get a reply, please be patient. It could take a while. Or, if you get no reply within 48 hours, it could be due one of the following reasons:

c) You asked if we tested product X internally. In general we do not answer such questions as non-disclosure agreements may take place.
d) You asked how product X scored internally. In general we do not answer such questions as non-disclosure agreements may take place.
e) You asked which product is better or which product we would suggest you to use. We do not suggest specific products; we provide you on the website the test data/reports (or reviews) for your convenience. We do not want to give any other comments or recommend specific products as in our opinion you should evaluate AV products by yourself and decide yourself which product fits best your needs.
f) You claimed to represent an AV company but you use an anonymous email service or anonymous proxy.
g) You wrote in a language we are not able to decipher. Please write in English or German.
h) You asked for malware or something illegal.
i) The way you wrote the email did not look like it requests/needs a reply.
j) You asked for something which is clearly described in the report. Please read carefully the report before asking questions.
k) You asked if we will test product X in future. If we will test it, you will see it when done. Otherwise, we may not answer as non-disclosure agreements may take place.
l) You asked for AV product support. Please contact the support of your AV vendor instead.
m) You asked when report X will be released. It will be released when done. Subscribe to our newsletter to get notified as soon as it is online.
