Various Graphs
Here you find some graphs etc. that are not included in test-reports due e.g. space reasons.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT POST THOSE PICTURES OUTSIDE OF THIS FORUM. PLEASE JUST LINK TO THIS POST INSTEAD!
Distribution of missed samples in the February 2008 test-set:
The figure above shows the number of scanners that missed the given proportion of samples in the test-set. For instance 5 samples were missed by 15 scanners (= detected by only 1 of 16 scanners).
Detection improvements since 2004 (on test-set without DOS and otherOS samples):
Overview of all awards so far:
Legend:
February and August: malware detection tests
May and November: retrospective tests
N/A (BLUE) = product was not tested / no data available
not qualified = product was tested, but the Standard award was not reached
if products were tested separatly (not in the big yearly tests) they are shown only as reached award color without text
not very known products (or products using already included licensed engines) or products which never (or very rarely) qualified in our tests are not listed
