My security program scores well in your tests, but not very well in tests by other test labs. Why is this?
Different test labs use different malware samples and test methodologies. Thus they provide (at least slightly) different perspectives on each program’s effectiveness. All AV-Comparatives’ test reports include a methodology, and we recommend reading this, along with all other parts of the report. This will give you a full picture of how the test was conducted.
